GOOD WILL HUNTING

MINNIE DRIVER plays Skylar, a headstrong Harvard medical student who falls for Will Hunting.

Most recently, Driver starred opposite John Cusack and Dan Aykroyd in Hollywood Pictures' black comedy "Grosse Pointe Blank," directed by George Armitage. In her role as a disc jockey still smitten with her high school sweetheart, Driver was described as "divine" by Time Magazine. She will also soon be seen in "Hard Rain," in which she stars with Christian Slater and Morgan Freeman. Following "Good Will Hunting," she stars in "The Governess," a period picture for Sony Pictures Classics, filmed in England under the direction of Sandra Goldbacher, who also wrote the screenplay.

Driver was also seen in "Sleepers," directed by Barry Levinson, starring Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman; and in "Big Night" for director Stanley Tucci, starring Ian Holm. She made a stunning debut in her first American film, "Circle of Friends." Her additional film credits include the James Bond thriller "Goldeneye," "That Sunday," "Zebra Man" and "God on the Rocks."

The British actress, who relocated to Los Angeles in 1997, has amassed an impressive list of television and theater credentials, including numerous productions for the BBC and the stage productions of "The Comedy of Errors," "The Married Man," "School for Scandal" and "Camino Real."
