MAURA TIERNEY (Bridget) was last seen on the big screen in Mike Nichols' political comedy "Primary Colors." starring John Travolta. She also co-starred in the Jim Carrey comedy hit "Liar, Liar," and with Richard Gere and Edward Norton in the courtroom drama "Primal Fear." She next stars with Anthony Hopkins and Cuba Gooding, Jr. in "Instinct," followed by the feature "Oxygen." Her previous film credits include "The Temp," "Fly by Night," "White Sands" and "The Linguini Incident."

Tierney is also known to television audiences for her starring role on the hit sitcom "NewsRadio." Her television work also includes the telefilms "Flying Blind" and "The Clozapine Project."

Tierney earned a BFA in Theatre from New York University. She began acting on the stage, appearing in such plays as "The Rhythm of Torn Stars," "Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean." "Baby With the Bathwater," "Danny and the Deep Blue Sea," "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" and "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds."
