JENNA ELFMAN (Shari) won acclaim and stardom as Dharma Finkelstein, the groovy yoga instructor who marries a conservative lawyer on their first date in ABC-TV's sitcom hit, Dharma & Greg. For her starring role in the series, Elfman won a Golden Globe and received an Emmy nomination as Best Actress.

Elfman, who grew tip in the Los Angeles suburb of Northridge, is a classically trained ballerina. She first segued into acting in commercials, including a memorable Sprite spot in 1991 and dozens of other national ads for a variety of popular products. She guest-starred on such series as Roseann,. Murder One, NYPD Blue anti Almost Perfect before winning acclaim in her first series role as Shannon, Molly Ringwald's buddy, in the sitcom, Townies. In 1996, she played a drug counselor in the acclaimed telefilm, Her Last Chance with Patti LuPone and Kellie Martin.

Elfman, who combines a sense of wit and liveliness with beauty and intelligence, parlayed her TV success into motion picture work when she made her feature debut in Grosse Pointe Blank. She went on to star opposite Oscar winner Richard Dreyfuss in the comedy Krippendorfs Tribe. Upcoming projects include the New Line's Town & Country, starring Warren Beatty, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton.
