THE PLAYERS CLUB

JAMIE FOXX (Blue) currently headlines his own hit television series, "The Jamie Foxx Show," which he co-created and produces. He received the NAACP Image Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance on the show.

Foxx has also appeared in a number of feature films, such as the comedy Booty Call, opposite Tommy Davidson and Vivica Fox; The Great White Hype, starring Samuel L. Jackson, Damon Wayans, Cheech Marin and Jon Lovitz; and the hit romantic comedy The Truth About Cats and Dogs, opposite Uma Thurman and Janeane Garofalo.

He is also known for his hilarious character portrayals on the television series "In Living Color" and "Roc." Even before his television success brought him to national prominence, Foxx was a successful stand-up comedian and recording star. In 1993, he starred in a one-hour HBO special "Straight from the Foxxhole," and he continues to tour the nation's major comedy hot spots when his schedule permits. His debut album, 1994's "Peep This," which Foxx wrote and produced, climbed to the No. 12 spot on Billboard's R&B charts.
