JON STEWART (Kevin Gerrity) is a talented comedian/actor/author who recently starred in the feature films Playing By Heart, a romantic drama opposite Gillian Anderson, and the horror-comedy The Faculty, directed by Robert Rodriguez.

A New Jersey native, Stewart recently returned to his television roots in January to host Comedy Central's "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart." Stewart's other television credits include a recurring role on HBO's critically acclaimed "The Larry Sanders Show," the hour-long, CableAce-nominated HBO comedy special "Jon Stewart: Unleavened" and an eponymous talk show which aired on MTV and later in national syndication.

In September 1998, Stewart wrote his first book, a collection of humorous essays titled "Naked Pictures of Famous People" (Rob Weisbach Books) which received critical praise and appeared on the New York Times Bestseller List. Stewart has also written for The New Yorker, George and Esquire.
