AMY BRENNEMAN (Mary) -- Amy Brenneman came to prominence with her (twice Emmynominated) portrayal of Janice Licalsi on ABC's "NYPD Blue." Brenneman's film credits include "Daylight," "Fear," "Casper," "Bye Bye Love," and "Heat," opposite Robert DeNiro. She will soon be seen on-screen in "Lesser Prophets," with Jimmy Smits; and in "Nevada," with Gabrielle Anwar. During her freshman year at Harvard University, Brenneman was one of the founders of the Cornerstone Theater Company. Cornerstone's company of professional actors took the classics across America, for productions integrating troupe members with local townspeople. Brenneman spent over five years with Cornerstone. Her subsequent stage credits -include, most recently, "God's Heart," at Manhattan's Lincoln Center.
