LOST SOULS

NINA R. SADOWSKY has been President of Meg Ryan's Prufrock Pictures since 1995. Previously, she was an independent producer of such films as Jumpin' as the Boneyard for executive producer Lawrence Kasdan and White Lies, written and directed by Ken Selden. She and Ryan are producing a second supernatural thriller for New line Cinema's, All Fall Down, written by Pierce Gardner and Betsy Stahl.

An entertainment attorney, Sadowsky was a business affairs executive at New York's Kaufman Astoria Studios and the Shubert Organization. She also served on the Boards of Directors for the innovative legitimate theatre companies Home for Contemporary Art, and David Mamet and William H. Macy's Atlantic Theatre Company.

During Nina Sadowsky's tenure, Prufrock Pictures has entered into a first look feature deal with Castle Rock Entertainment and an overall television deal with Polygram. Under her direction, the production company has set up over a dozen feature and television projects at several studios. Last year Prufrock joined with Diane Keaton and Blue Relief Production to produce Northern Lights, starring Keaton for the Disney Channel.

Prufrock projects nearing production include The Wedding Planner, written by Pam Falk and Mike Ellis, to be directed by Adam Shankman; Desert Saints, written and to be directed by Richard Greenberg and co-produced with David Yudain; and No Time to Die, adapted from the late Liz Tilberis' bestseller of the same name by Seth Greenland for Universal and Lifetime Television. Prufrock is also co-producing, with Julia Roberts' Shoelace Productions, The Women for New Line Cinema.
