ALFRED MOLINA (Snidely Whiplash) is an accomplished actor with 30 films and television credits and an extensive theatrical career.

Molina made his Broadway debut in 1998 in the Tony Award-winning play, Art with Victor Garber and Alan Alda. In addition to his own Best Actor Tony nomination, he received a Drama Desk Award for his performance. The impressive production was also honored with an Outer Circle Critics Award for best ensemble.

Other theatrical performances of note include a starring role in the Off-Broadway production of Molly Sweeney, for which Molina garnered a Theater World Award and a Drama Desk Award nomination for Most Outstanding Debut Performance.

In 1998, Molina won critical acclaim for his powerful performance in the feature film Boogie Nights opposite Burt Reynolds, a film which won the Screen Actors Guild Award for outstanding performance by a cast in a theatrical motion picture. Other feature film credits include The Imposters, Anna Karenina, Species, The Perez Family, Maverick, Prick Up Your Ears, Enchanted April, Not Without My Daughter and Raiders of the Lost Ark, to name a few.

Molina will next be seen in the independent film Pete's Meteor, which also stars Mike Myers and Brenda Fricker. And he is currently in production on Miramax Films' Texas Ranger opposite James Van Der Beek and stars in and co-produces the new CBS sitcom Ladies Man.
