A native of Southfield, Michigan, SELMA BLAIR's most recent high-profile projects display the range of talent that makes her one of Hollywood's most sought-after young actresses. Starring as the title character in the WB's "Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane," Blair portrays 'Zoe,' a member of a group of teens in New York City that search to find their place in the world. Recently in the Hollywood blockbuster "Cruel Intentions," a youthful retelling of the classic novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses, with Ryan Phillippe, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Reese Witherspoon, Blair earned rave reviews for her sly performance as the shy, bumbling 'Cecile.'

After graduating from high school, Blair dreamed of becoming a photographer. She moved to New York City to pursue her goal, but found her way to acting classes at The Stella Adler Conservatory and The Column Theatre. She was then discovered by an agent in her acting class and one week later got her SAG card doing a television commercial for Theatre of Virginia.

Blair's feature film credits include lead roles in the upcoming independent films "Girl," directed by Jonathan Kahn, and "Brown Requiem," directed by Jason Freel and.
