MINNIE DRIVER (Grace Briggs) first came to the attention of audiences and critics alike for her winning performance in Circle of Friends, in which she starred with Chris O'Donnell. For her starring role in the critically acclaimed hit feature Good Will Hunting, directed by Gus Van Sant, Driver earned Oscar and Screen Actors Guild nominations, both in the category of Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. In March 1998, Driver was honored with the Female Star of Tomorrow Award at the ShoWest Awards.

Following her work on Return To Me, Driver starred in a Two Drivers production, Beautiful, which was directed by Sally Field. In addition to starring in Beautiful, Driver is executive producing under the Two Drivers banner, the production company she heads with her sister Kate Driver.

Most recently, she starred in the feature version of Oscar Wilde's play An Ideal Husband, directed by Oliver Parker. In 1998, Driver starred in The Governess, a moving love story written and directed by Sandra Goldbacher.

In 1997, Driver received accolades for her performance opposite John Cusack in the critically praised dark comedy, Grosse Pointe Blank, directed by George Armitage. In 1996, Driver co-starred in Sleepers, directed by Barry Levinson and starring Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro and Dustin Hoffman; and in Big Night for director Stanley Tucci. Her additional film credits include the James Bond thriller GoldenEye, That Sunday, Zebra Man, God on the Rocks and Hard Rain.

The British actress has amassed an impressive list of television and theatre credentials, including numerous productions for the BBC and theatrical productions of "The Comedy of Errors," "The Married Man," "School for Scandal" and "Camino Real."
