JAMIE FOXX (MICHAEL) has become a one-man comic industry. The star of WB's "The Jamie Foxx Show" (now in its fourth season), Foxx has fashioned a successful film career while never forgetting his stand-up comic roots. In addition to his starring role in Trimark Pictures' HELD UP, Foxx most recently co-starred with Al Pacino and Cameron Diaz in Oliver Stone's "Any Given Sunday," a favorite with critics and audiences alike. Foxx has also appeared on the big screen in "Booty Call," "The Truth About Cats and Dogs," "The Great White Hype" and "The Players Club," among others, and is slated to headline the much-anticipated Wamer Bros. action-comedy "Bait," as well as the MGM comedy "National Security." The multi-talented Foxx first gained national exposure as co-star of the landmark Fox series "In Living Color." And if making people laugh wasn't enough, Foxx's initial foray into the recording world saw his first album, "Peep This," hit #12 on Billboard's R&B charts. Foxx recently wrote, produced and performed two songs on the "Any Given Sunday" soundtrack, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts.
