THOMAS AND THE MAGIC RAILROAD

MARA WILSON is Lily, whose trip to visit her grandfather turns into a heroic journey involving Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends. Wilson recently became the youngest ever winner of the prestigious NATO-Sho West Star of Tomorrow Award.

The young actress made her debut at the age of six as Robin Williams and Sally Fields daughter in "Mrs. Doubtflre." She then beat out every little boy across the country for the lead role in the remake of "Miracle on 34th Street." Next, she took on the lead role of children's heroine "Matilda" starring with Danny DeVito and Rhea Penman, and starred in Michacl Ritchie's "The Fairy Godmother." She will next be seen in P.J. Hogan's "New Kid on the Block."
