SPENCER BRESLIN (Rusty Duritz), age 8, makes his feature film debut in "Disney's The Kid." He began his acting career at age 3, appearing in television commercials after being discovered by a talent agent while playing at an indoor playground near his home in Manhattan. Since his first commercial in 1995 for "Life" cereal, he has appeared in more than 50 television commercials. One of his most notable was for McDonald's where, at age 3, he was able to perfectly recite the "two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun" ingredients of a Big Mac for basketball star Charles Barkley. At age 5, he made his first dramatic appearance in a television miniseries "Storm of the Century," starring Tim Daly which aired on NBC in February 1999. He has also appeared on several television series including "Law & Order" and "Trinity."

Spencer currently lives in New York City with his mother Kim Breslin, who also works as his manager, and his father Michael Breslin, a telecommunications consultant. He has an older brother Ryan, age 15, and a younger sister Abigail, age 3. He loves to go to the movies and memorizes the dialogue to amuse his friends and family with his amazing impressions including his two favorites, Austin Powers and James Bond. He is learning to play piano and is currently taking Irish step dancing, when he is not busy with his acting lessons with his coach Dawn Jeffory-Nelson.

When he grows up, Spencer dreams of becoming an assistant manager at The Gap … or a policeman … or a detective … or maybe even an actor.
