REBECCA ROMIJN-STAMOS (Aurora) is currently among the most recognized personalities in the world. She began her career when she was discovered by a Parisian modeling scout, and has since captured the hearts and imaginations of fans and consumers around the world through her movies, TV shows, commercials, print ads and modeling.

On the big screen, Rebecca most recently impressed audiences in the summer blockbuster X-Men as Mystique, a blue-skinned villainess who is able to morph into anyone she's seen. Upcoming projects include Andrew Niccol's Simone opposite Al Pacino, Brian de Palma's Femme Fatale, and the sequel to X-Men, X2, in summer 2003. She made her movie debut appearing as herself in Austin Powers 2: The Spy Who Shagged Me.

On television, Rebecca recently married David Spade's character Finch on Just Shoot Me. Her television acting debut came in an episode of NBC's Friends playing (as one of the shows characters referred to her) "the most beautiful woman in the world," who also happened to keep the filthiest, most disgusting apartment in New York City.

In 1998, Rebecca burst onto television screens as the host of MTV's groundbreaking House of Style, blending a perfect mix of intelligence, humor, and a keen sense of style into her role as host. In 1999, People magazine named her one of the "40 Most Fascinating Television Stars

Although Rebecca's career has enabled her to travel around the world, she remains a homebody at heart, dividing her time between Los Angeles and New York. A native of Berkeley, California, Rebecca is the daughter of a Dutch father and Dutch-American mother. She has a younger sister and a close extended family in Holland.
