LES MAYFIELD continued his streak of highly successful films with the 1999 action/comedy Blue Streak starring Martin Lawrence. He also directed Robin Williams in the family comedy Flubber (based on the 1961 Disney classic The Absent-Minded Professor). His first feature film was the comedy Encino Man with Brendan Fraser that became a sleeper hit at the box office. Shortly after, Mayfield successfully tackled the remake of Miracle on 34th Street starring Academy Award winning actor Richard Attenborough, Elizabeth Perkins and Dylan McDermott. Mayfield also co produced the award-winning documentary Hearts of Darkness. He is a graduate of the prestigious USC School of Cinema.
