DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE

TERI POLO (Susan Morrison Barnes) established herself with a starring role in the hit comedy Meet the Parents, opposite Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller. She will soon be seen in The Unsaid opposite Andy Garcia, and in the TNT film Second String.

Originally from Dover, Delaware, Polo began her performing career as a dancer, attending New York's School of American Ballet by age thirteen. Prior to her senior year in high school, she signed a modeling contract which led to a role as Kristin on ABC's daytime drama Loving.

Polo made her primetime debut in the dramatic series TV 101, and left a memorable impression on television audiences as Michelle Capra, the doctor's wife who was determined to master the strange surroundings, and even stranger characters, of Cicely, Alaska, in Northern Exposure. She had recurring roles in the hit series Felicity and the critically acclaimed comedy series Sports Night.
