JAMES WONG (Director/Screenwriter) and GLEN MORGAN's (Producer! Screenwriter) partnership began when to the two became friends at El Cajon High School in San Diego. During their sophomore year they discovered a mutual interest in movies, television and the performing arts. Their partnership was established after graduating from Loyola Marymount University when they co-wrote their first feature film, "The Boys Next Door" starring Charlie Sheen.
Since then, Morgan and Wong have written numerous scripts for television and film. Their work on the popular show "The X-Files" earned them several Emmy nominations and a Golden Globe Award in 1996. They have also written for "Millennium" and "Space: Above and Beyond."
Wong made his directorial debut with last year's hit film "Final Destination," which grossed over $100 million for New Line Cinema. The duo co-wrote and produced the film. They also wrote and executive produced the NBC supernatural drama "The Others." Their earlier resume includes writing and producing "21 Jump Street" and "The
Commish" for Stephen J. Cannell Productions.
The partners have also worked on several films currently in development, including a remake of "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" for Dimension Films and an update of "Willard," which will be Morgan's directorial debut.
