CROSSROADS

ANSON MOUNT (Ben) made his feature film debut in the starring role of the 2000 independent hit "The Truth About Tully." He received critical praise for his performance and the film won several Film Festival awards. Mount will next star in Peter Greenaway's "Tulse Luper Suitcase," along with Isabella Rosselini.

Later in 2002, Mount will appear in Michael Caton-Jones' "City By The Sea" starring Robert De Niro. He also recently completed directing his first film, a silent short entitled "Nose," which he also wrote and starred in opposite Alan Cumming.

Mount's additional film credits include the independent "Poolball Junkies," opposite Christopher Walken, and "Urban Legend: Final Cut."

On television, Mount grabbed attention for his recurring role on 'Third Watch," as well as guest appearances on such critically-acclaimed series as "Sex and the City" and "Ally McBeal."

On stage, Mount originated the starring role of Joshua in the off-Broadway production of Terrence McNally's "Corpus Christi," for which he received the 1 998 Drama-Logue Award. He also performed in the Public Theater's production of "Cymbeline'' and at in La Mama/ETC's production of "The Caucasian Chalk Circle,'' directed by Andrei Serban.

Born in White Bluff, Tennessee, Mount holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Columbia University. He currently resides in New York.
