THE TIME MACHINE
SIMON WELLS (Director) has a background in both animated and live action films, though "The Time Machine" marks his live action directorial debut. He most recently co-directed DreamWorks' award-winning animated epic "The Prince of Egypt." He had previously directed the animated feature "Balto," and co-directed both
"An American Tail II: Fievel Goes West" and "We're Back: A Dinosaur's Story."
Hailing from England, Wells began his professional career working with famed animator Richard Williams, directing commercials. He later served as a supervising animator on the innovative comedy "Who Framed Roger Rabbit," which
seamlessly blended animation and live action.
In the live action arena, Wells did storyboard and design work on the hits "Back
