Other Hollywood top directors such as Mike Nichols, Curtis Hansen, Sydney Pollack, Tim Robbins, Taylor Hackford and Penny Marshall have made him a staple in their films as well. He has appeared in Nichols' Silkwood, Hansen's L.A. Confidential and The River Wild, Pollack's The Firm, Robbins' Bob Roberts. Hackford's Dolores Claiborne and Marshall's A League of Their Own. He also appeared in Stephen Gyllenhaal's Losing Isaiah, Scott Eliot's A Map of The World and Mark Steven Johnson's Simon Birch.
His other film credits include Lost In Yonkers, Dominick and Eugene, At Close

His television credits include: the HBO features "In The
Gloaming" and "The James Brady Story," the TNT feature "The
American Clock:" the A&E feature "Lathe of Heaven:" and, the
CBS miniseries "Day One." He was also a regular on the series
"Big Apple." His theatre credits include: the lead in Vaclav
Havel's "Temptation" performed at the Joseph Papp Public
Theater in New York, "Einstein & the Polar Bear" and,
Broadway's "Three Sisters."
