GEORGE CLOONEY (CIA Agent Jim Byrd and Director) makes his feature film directorial debut with CONFESSIONS OF A DANGEROUS MIND. 

Currently, Clooney stars in "Solaris,” under the direction of Steven Soderbergh. Clooney is partnered with Soderbergh in their film production company, Section Eight. The company most recently released the dark comedy feature "Welcome To Collinwood”. Clooney not only produced the film but had a cameo role as well. He also served as executive producer on Warner Bros.' "Insomnia." 

He reteams with Joel and Ethan Coen on "Intolerable Cruelty" opposite Catherine Zeta Jones, which will be released this spring. 

Clooney starred in Warner Bros.' blockbuster hits "Ocean's Eleven" and "The Perfect Storm," also producing the former. He also starred in the Coen brothers' "O Brother, Where Art Thou?”, a role for which he won the 2000 Golden Globe Award as Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. 

He earned critical acclaim starring as Sergeant Major Archie Gates in the award-winning drama "Three Kings" and the Oscar-nominated "Out of Sight". 

His previous feature film credits include starring roles in "The Peacemaker” and "Batman & Robin”. Clooney also starred in the romantic comedy "One Fine Day” and the vampire thriller "From Dusk Till Dawn”. 

He has starred in several television series and is best known to TV audiences for his five years on the hit NBC drama "ER." His portrayal of Dr. Douglas Ross earned him Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild, People's Choice and Emmy nominations. 

Clooney also develops television projects through his Maysville Pictures. He was executive producer and co-star in a live television broadcast of "Fail- Safe," which was nominated for a 2000 Golden Globe Award as Best Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television. The Emmy Award-winning telefilm was based on the early 1960s novel of the same name.
