TIMOTHY SPALL is one of Britain's most respected actors with a career spanning over film, television and theatre.

Most recently, Spall appeared in Adrian Shergold's "Pierrepoint,” Kevin Lima's "Enchanted,” Gillian Armstrong's "Death Defying Acts,” Alfonso Cuaron's "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban” and Mike Newell's "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.”

Other credits include Brad Silberling's "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events,” Ed Zwick's "The Last Samurai,” Richard Loncraine's "My House In Umbria,” Doug McGrath's "Nicholas Nickleby,” Cameron Crowe's "Vanilla Sky,” Peter Catttaneo's "Lucky Break,” Stephen Herek's "Rock Star” and Kenneth Branagh's "Love's Labour's Lost” and "Hamlet,” to name a few. Spall has collaborated with director Mike Leigh four times appearing in "All or Nothing,” "Life is Sweet,” "Secret & Lies” and "Topsy-Turvy.” Spall earned BAFTA nominations for both "Secret & Lies” and "Topsy-Turvy.”

Spall's television credits include Danny Boyle's "Vacuuming Completely Nude in Paradise,” Stephen Poliakoff's "Shooting the Past” and the miniseries "Our Mutual Friend.” All three earned him BAFTA nominations.

On stage, Spall started his career with two years at the RSC and has starred in a number of productions including Stephan Daldry's "This is a Chair” at the Royal Court, Robert LePage's "A Midsummer's Night Dream” at the National Theatre, Matthew Francis' "The Government Inspector” and Mike Leigh's "Smelling A Rat” at the Hampstead Theatre, to name a few.
