UNTRACEABLE

JOSEPH CROSS' natural talent and raw energy have rapidly earned him a reputation as one of Hollywood's most promising young talents. In 2006, Cross appeared in three films, including the prequel to the Comedy Central series, Strangers with Candy, starring alongside Amy Sedaris, Stephen Colbert, Paul Dinello and Gregory Holliman. He played Augusten Burroughs in Running with Scissors, based on the critically acclaimed book of the same name. The film's cast included Annette Bening, Evan Rachel Wood and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Cross portrayed a young Marine in Clint Eastwood's critically acclaimed Flags of Our Fathers for Paramount Pictures. Other feature film credits include M. Night Shyamalan's Wide Awake; the 1998 thriller Desperate Measures, directed by Barbet Schroeder; and Jack Frost, with Kelly Preston and Michael Keaton .

On the small screen, he appeared with Diane Keaton in the television film "Northern Lights,” directed by Linda Yellen, as well as "Law & Order” and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.”

Cross made his stage debut at the Williamstown Playhouse in John Guare's play, "Landscape of the Body,” directed by Michael Grief and co-starring Lili Taylor and Michael Gaston. In addition to acting, he is currently in school at Trinity College in Connecticut.
