With an expansive list of diverse film and television credits, TIMOTHY OLYPHANT (Lt. Col. Boot Miller) is known for his poignant portrayals in both drama and comedy. Olyphant starred in HBO’s critically acclaimed drama series “Deadwood” as the tough, honorable, natural born-leader Seth Bullock.

In films, Olyphant recently starred in “Hitman,” the hit actioner “Live Free or Die Hard,” the romantic comedy “Catch and Release” opposite Jennifer Garner, and the independent film “Bill” alongside Aaron Eckhart and Jessica Alba. Currently, Olyphant is filming the lead role in the indie film “High Life,” a quirky dark comedy based on the Broadway play. Olyphant also voiced a character in the action movie “Turok.”

In 2004, Olyphant co-starred with Elisha Cuthbert and Emile Hirsch in “The Girl Next Door.” Prior to that, he starred alongside Donnie Wahlberg, Tom Sizemore, Jason Lee and Morgan Freeman in the film adaptation of Stephen King’s best-selling novel “The Dreamcatcher” directed by Lawrence Kasdan.

Other notable film credits include “Rock Star” written by John Stockwell and directed by Stephen Herek, “Gone in 60 Seconds” and “A Man Apart.” In addition, Olyphant starred as Mickey in “Scream 2,” the indie film “1999,” “A Life Less Ordinary” alongside Cameron Diaz and Ewan McGregor and “The First Wives Club.”

Olyphant attended the 2002 Sundance Film Festival for Victor Nunez’s movie “Coastlines,” which screened there in competition.

In 2002, Olyphant starred in “Broken Hearts Club—A Romantic Comedy” opposite Zack Braff, John Mahoney and Dean Cain. On television, Olyphant appeared in the HBO film ”When Trumpets Fade” by director John Irvin and ABC’s critically acclaimed drama “High Incident.” Olyphant made his television debut with the series “77 Sunset Strip” and appeared in the CBS Hallmark Hall of Fame special “Ellen Foster” starring Julie Harris. Olyphant has also made guest appearances on such popular shows as “My Name is Earl” and “Sex and the City.”

Olyphant enjoys his regular, daily gig as the morning sports reporter on the Los Angeles radio station indie 103.1.
