BRUCE McGILL (Joe Gage) grew up in San Antonio, Texas, where he began his acting career in the MacArthur High School theatre department. He earned a B.F.A. in acting from The University of Texas at Austin, and later made his professional debut as a member of Rhode Island's Trinity Square Repertory Company, appearing in numerous theatrical productions. His most well-known role was in Animal House in 1978, which coincidently was one of his first roles in film. McGill has had an impressive career with extensive credits in both television and film.
