STEVE SHILL (Director) makes his feature film directorial debut with Obsessed, although he has been directing the world's leading television shows for well over a decade.

Born near London, Shill joined British experimental theater company Impact Theatre Cooperative as an actor and created 13 original shows touring throughout the UK and Europe. In 1986 Shill went on to write, direct and design a dozen new shows for his own theater company, which performed around the world. A retrospective of his work was staged at London's Institute of Contemporary Arts in 1993.

After directing all of Britain's top-rated TV shows including "EastEnders” and "The Bill,” Shill began to work in the US for HBO on "The Wire” in Baltimore, and then "The Sopranos,” "Rome,” "Deadwood,” "Carnivale,” and "Big Love.” He was nominated for a 2006 WGA Award for his writing on "Deadwood.” He was executive producer and director of "The Tudors” pilot in 2007. In 2008, he served as co-executive producer/director on the television thriller pilot, "Knight Rider” and 8-part miniseries "The Kill Point” starring John Leguizamo. Other TV credits include "Dexter,” "The West Wing,” "ER” and "Law & Order.”

He is currently directing the TV miniseries "BEN HUR” in Ouarzazate, Morocco.
