HALLEY FEIFFER (Tabitha) is an actress coming of age in the independent film community in New York City who seeks out challenging roles with great joy, taking on the quirky, funny and also the dramatic, and is fast becoming an indie darling, known for her skill on set and kind nature off the set.

Halley can also be seen in Oren Moverman's THE MESSENGER. THE MESSENGER, was an official selection at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, won the Silver Bear for Best Screenplay and the Peace Film Award at the 2009 Berlin Film Festival. Most recently the film picked up the Grand Prize at the 2009 Deauville Film Festival. Oscilloscope Labratories will be releasing the film on November 13, 2009. Halley recently wrapped production on the film TWELVE THIRTY, starring opposite Mamie Gummer.

Halley can currently be seen off-Broadway in Still Life, written by Alexander Dinelaris and directed by Will Frears. The play follows photographer Carrie Ann (Sarah Paulson), whose life changes inexplicably when she's forced to face her inner demons. Halley plays Jesse, Carrie Ann's protégé. The play runs through November 2009 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in NYC.

Halley's first feature film role came by way of director Kenneth Lonergan in YOU CAN COUNT ON ME opposite Laura Linney and Mark Ruffalo at age 15. She next co-starred in Noah Baumbach's THE SQUID AND THE WHALE followed by Baumbach's MARGOT AT THE WEDDING, in which she was the only cast member from SQUID to also star in Baumbach's second film. Halley guest starred on HBO's hilarious and acclaimed series, "Flight of The Concords," which teamed Halley with her GENTLEMEN BRONCOS co-star, Jemaine Clement.

Halley is a graduate of Wesleyan University, and is also a playwright. Her work has been produced at the Cherry Lane Theatre's Young Playwrights festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as well as select readings at the Arthur Seelen Theatre and the Second Stage Theatre. Halley's father is the Pulitizer Prize winning playwright and cartoonist, Jules Feiffer and her mother is acclaimed author and performer, Jenny Allen. Halley resides in Brooklyn, New York.
