MATT LANTER (Edward Sullen) stars on the CW's hit show "90210” playing the West Beverly high school bad boy, Liam. Lanter has returned to the hit show as a series regular while continuing his work on the record-breaking animated television series, "Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” airing on the Cartoon Network. Always keeping busy, Lanter starred in the horror film "Sorority Row,” and starred alongside Leighton Meester in the psychological thriller, "The Roommate.”

Lanter was born in northeastern Ohio. At the age of eight, Lanter's family moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he spent much of his time playing baseball, football and golf. His love for baseball led him to a position as a batboy with the Atlantic Braves, and later, while studying at the University of Georgia, Lanter developed an interest in the film and television industry.

After working briefly as a model, Lanter decided to move to Los Angeles to follow his dream of an acting career. He landed roles on Grey's Anatomy,” "CSI,” "Life,” "Big Love,” "Monk,” as well as on the feature film, "Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius,” starring Jim Caviezel.

Often recognized for his role as Geena Davis' son Horace on the series "Commander In Chief,” Lanter has also recurred on "Heroes,” as the sinister quarterback Brody, and on CBS's "Shark,” as Eddie. Lanter made his stage debut opposite Laurence Fishbourne and Alfred Uhry's "Without Walls” at The Mark Taper Forum. 

Lanter's film credits include the animated feature film "Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” in which he voices Anakin Skywalker, "Wargames 2: The Dead Zone” and a leading role in Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer's comedy "Disaster Movie.” Prior to that he played the lead in the MGM/ABC Family's film "The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream.”

Lanter supports the Alzheimer's Association and has participated in various events for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. In the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, he was part of the "Commander In Chief” celebrity relay team. Lanter currently resides in Los Angeles.
