After failing his last college course by one point at North Carolina State University, ZACH GALIFIANAKIS (Bobby) moved to New York City. Mr. Galifianakis got his start performing his brand of humor in the back of a hamburger joint in Times Square, graduating to doing stand-up at night around the city. While working as a bus boy in Los Angeles he got his first acting job, on the television series Boston Common. An eclectic career has followed.

In 2009, he broke out across America and the world with his performance in Todd Phillips' blockbuster hit The Hangover, receiving nominations for two MTV Movie Awards and being honored with the ShoWest Comedy Star of the Year Award. Mr. Galifianakis is teaming again with the director on the soon-to-be-released Due Date, as well as the soon-to-be-filmed The Hangover 2.

Among his other films are Jason Reitman's award-winning Up in the Air; Jay Roach's Dinner for Schmucks; Miguel Arteta's Youth in Revolt; Hoyt Yeatman's G-Force, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer; Tom Vaughan's What Happens in Vegas; and Sean Penn's acclaimed Into the Wild.

For the small screen, Mr. Galifianakis has just finished filming the second season of the comedy series Bored to Death, in which he stars alongside Jason Schwartzman and Ted Danson. He hosted his own critically acclaimed cable talk show entitled Late World with Zach, as well as wrote and starred in the series Dog Bites Man; and has appeared in numerous other shows including The Sarah Silverman Show and Reno 911!, in a recurring role.

When not filming, he travels the country doing stand-up in rock clubs, coffee houses, and universities.
