IT'S KIND OF A FUNNY STORY

ZOË KRAVITZ (Nia) developed a love for, and interest in, acting from classes she had begun taking while in high school. By her senior year, she had landed roles in two major studio pictures; Scott Hicks' No Reservations, with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart, and Neil Jordan's The Brave One, with Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard.

Ms. Kravitz' subsequent movies have included Joel Schumacher's Twelve, with Chace Crawford and Emma Roberts of It's Kind of a Funny Story; Shana Feste's The Greatest; Brett Simon's Assassination of a High School President; Craig Lucas' Birds of America, with Matthew Perry and Lauren Graham of It's Kind of a Funny Story; Bryan Goluboff's Beware the Gonzo, which worldpremiered at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival; and Victoria Mahoney's upcoming Yelling to the Sky, with Gabourey Sidibe.

Outside of her film work, she is lead singer of the band Elevator Fight, co-writing many of the Philadelphia-based group's songs; is the face of Vera Wang's "Princess” perfume; has starred in Jay-Z's 2008 music video "I Know;” participated in Will.I.Am's "We Are the Ones” video(s) during President Obama's campaign; and will soon be seen in a gueststarring arc on the fourth season of the television series Californication.

Ms. Kravitz is currently filming two highly anticipated projects: Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class, and George Miller's new Mad Max movie.
