MICHELLE MONAGHAN (Christina) recently starred to great critical acclaim in the independent film Trucker, which made its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. For this role, she received the Best Actress awards from the San Diego Film Critics Society, Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival and Vail Film Festival. Monaghan also served as executive producer on the film. But it was her starring role in Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang opposite Robert Downey Jr. that first brought Monaghan to the attention of audiences around the world. She received rave reviews for her performance in the film, directed by Shane Black.

Monaghan made her feature film debut in Perfume, directed by Michael Rymer. She then played Richard Gere's secretary in Adrian Lyne's Unfaithful, followed by supporting roles in Fred Schepisi's It Runs in the Family, Josh Sternfeld's Winter Solstice, Paul Greengrass' The Bourne Supremacy and Doug Liman's Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Monaghan then joined Charlize Theron, Frances McDormand and Sissy Spacek in North Country for director Niki Caro; Gone Baby Gone with Casey Affleck and Morgan Freeman; The Heartbreak Kid, opposite Ben Stiller; J.J. Abrams' Mission: Impossible III, with Tom Cruise and Philip Seymour Hoffman; opposite Patrick Dempsey in the romantic comedy Made of Honor; and the hit thriller Eagle Eye, alongside Shia LaBeouf.

Monaghan can currently be seen in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere and Todd Phillips' Due Date, again opposite Robert Downey Jr. This fall, she stars opposite Gerard Butler in Marc Forster's drama Machine Gun Preacher for Lionsgate.
