Trained in theater and film, JESSE EISENBERG (Nick) made his feature film debut in the 2002 independent film Roger Dodger, in which he starred opposite Campbell Scott and was nominated for a Gotham Award.

For his performance in The Squid and the Whale opposite Laura Linney and Jeff Daniels, Eisenberg received nominations for an Independent Spirit Award and a Boston Film Critics Association Award for Best Supporting Actor.

In 2009, he starred with Kristen Stewart in Adventureland for director Greg Mottola and with Woody Harrelson in Zombieland for director Ruben Fleischer. For these films, he was nominated for a BAFTA Award.

Eisenberg also starred in The Social Network for director David Fincher and was nominated for Best Actor at the Academy Awards®, Golden Globes, BAFTAs and Screen Actors Guild Awards. He was named Best Actor by the National Board of Review and the National Society of Film Critics.

He is currently filming the independent drama Predisposed opposite Melissa Leo and Tracy Morgan and will begin production this summer on the Woody Allen comedy The Bop Decameron.

On stage, Eisenberg most recently appeared in "Scarcity” at the Atlantic Theater Company and starred opposite Al Pacino as Philip in Lyle Kessler's play, "Orphans.”

Also a writer, Eisenberg's play "Asuncion” is set to premiere off-Broadway at The Cherry Lane Theater this fall. He is also a frequent contributor to Dave Eggers McSweeneys and the creator of the wordplay website
