CHRIS PRATT is most recognized for portraying Andy Dwyer on NBC's hit comedy series "Parks and Recreation" opposite Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari, and Rashida Jones. Going into its 5th season, "Parks and Recreation" is often considered one of the smartest and funniest shows on television. Pratt first gained recognition from television shows WB's "Everwood" and CW's "The OC," earning two Teen Choice Award nominations for playing the character of Harold Brighton 'Bright' Abbott on "Everwood," during the show's four-year run.

2012 is a big year for Chris Pratt. In March, Pratt was seen in the comedy Take Me Home Tonight featuring Anna Faris and Topher Grace. In September, Pratt played Oakland A's first baseman, Scott Hatteberg, in Sony's Academy Award Nominated on-screen adaptation of Moneyball, which was written by Aaron Sorkin and Steve Zaillian, and also starred Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Pratt was most recently seen in Apatow's Five-Year Engagement with Jason Segal, Emily Blunt, and Alison Brie. Pratt is currently filming Kathryn Bigelow's highly anticipated, Zero Dark Thirty, which follows the 10 year hunt for Osama Bin Laden, and features an all-star cast that includes Jessica Chastain, Joel Edgerton and Mark Strong. The film will be released in December, 2012

Pratt's previous film credits include the Diablo Cody-penned feature Jennifer's Body opposite Megan Fox. Other films Pratt has starred in include the 2008 feature film Wanted opposite Angelina Jolie, Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy; the film grossed $135 million at the domestic box office. In early 2009, Pratt starred as Anne Hathaway's fiancé in the comedy Bride Wars, also starring Kate Hudson.

In addition to acting, Pratt includes among his other passions hunting, fishing and writing. Wanting to showcase his writing talents, Pratt is currently writing a feature film. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife.
