DEMETRI MARTIN (Louis) is a standup comedian, writer and actor who has worked in television, theater, film and print. His credits include Taking Woodstock, Post Grad, The Rocker and Contagion.

Martin was a correspondent on "The Daily Show" and a staff writer on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." He won the Perrier Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for his one-man show "If I." He has released two standup comedy albums, "These Are Jokes" and "Demetri Martin: Standup Comedian." For Comedy Central, Martin created and starred in the series "Important Things with Demetri Martin," in addition to two comedy specials.

Martin's writing has been featured in publications including The New Yorker, Wired and Playboy. This Is a Book was a New York Times bestseller and his new book, Point Your Face at This, was published in March.
