Originally from Stockholm Sweden, FREDRIK BOND (Director) moved to London in the late 90's after having
been obsessed with American films from the late 70's early 80's and British commercials since a
child. In 1999 a music video for Moby's Play album "Bodyrock" set off his career in London. For
more than 10 years he's been doing awarded commercials for Levis, Nike and Adidas among
others. In 2004 he received his first Directors Guild of America nomination. His Heineken
"Entrance" and "Date" commercials received the prestigious Gold Lions for best direction and
best film in Cannes 2011 and landed him his fourth Directors Guild of America nomination. In
2012, he was nominated for two more Directors Guild of America awards for his direction of the
Puma "Surfer" commercial and Budweiser's "Eternal Optimism." In feature films he has
developed projects with Warner Bros. and for Universal. Charlie Countryman is his first movie.
He lives in Venice, CA with his very patient wife and two even more patient kids.
