Director HAROLD CRONK is a northern Michigan native and graduate of Central Michigan University, and is living his life's dream bringing stories to the big screen. Mentored by industry stalwarts like Chuck Bowman and Penny Marshall, Cronk was awarded Best Director at the Beverly Hills International Film Festival for his short film WAR PRAYER. This breakout film also won several other awards including Best of Show and Best Drama. In his first feature film, Cronk directed Lee Majors, Randy Travis, Jaci Velasquez, and Golden Globe winner Stacy Keach in JERUSALEM COUNTDOWN, a story based the bestselling book by John Hagee. The film was produced at Michigan-based 10 West Studios, owned and operated by Cronk and his business partner, Matthew Tailford. Together they have brought seven feature films to shoot at 10 West Studios and have been ambassadors of filmmaking in resource-rich Michigan. Cronk was a co-producer on two of those films starring Kevin Sorbo of "Hercules", Kristy Swanson of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", John Ratzenberger of "Cheers" and Debbie Ryan of "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody." Cronk recently completed post-production on the feature film he wrote, directed, and produced, MICKEY MATSON AND THE COPPERHEAD CONSPIRACY, starring Christopher Lloyd (BACK TO THE FUTURE), Ernie Hudson (GHOSTBUSTERS), and Lee Arenberg of the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN franchise.
