KUBO AND THE TWO STRINGS
Art Parkinson has cemented his status as one of the industry's go-to young talents, having built an impressive resume early in his acting career. Worldwide audiences know him for his portrayal of Rickon Stark in the television phenomenon Game of Thrones. Mr. Parkinson has appeared in such major studio films as Brad Peyton's earthquake adventure San Andreas, with Dwayne Johnson, and Gary Shore's thriller Dracula Untold, opposite Luke Evans; and in such independent features as Christian Ditter's Love, Rosie, based on the bestselling novel Where Rainbows End, and writer/director James Erskine's soccer-themed Shooting for Socrates, opposite John Hannah. He next stars in writer/director Colin McIvor's Zoo, a fact-based 1941-set family adventure, alongside Toby Jones and Penelope Wilton. When not working, Mr. Parkinson enjoys playing soccer with his friends back home in Ireland.
