THIRTEEN DAYS

PROFANITY: (View Profanity)
The F-word is spoken 2 times. The S-word is spoken 9 times. God's name is spoken in vain 14 times. There are 51 other profanities spoken.

SEX & NUDITY:
     None

VIOLENCE:
No actual physical violence, just the threat of nuclear war.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
Only some mild social drinking at government functions.

ACTION:
This is NOT and action film. It is an historical drama that consists mainly of a lot of talking. It was an hour and twenty minutes into the movie before any type of action at all occurred and the action consisted of battleships and airplanes getting ready for possible war. That's not to say there aren't a few suspenseful scenes.

COMEDY:
Only about twenty mildly humorous moments. Certainly no laugh-out-loud funny scenes in this serious drama.

TONE OF MOVIE:
This is an historical drama that will not likely appeal to those looking for an action film. Its focus is to show how the government handled this potential tragedy.
