|SEX & NUDITY:|
LOTS of martial arts fighting. Some is very brutal. There are many gun fights throughout. A lot of people are killed. While there is a lot of violence and some is quite brutal, it's not especially graphic for this type of movie.
|DRUGS & ALCOHOL:|
NEARLY NON-STOP ACTION THROUGHOUT! The lack of much of a story leaves lots of time for action and that's what you get. It mainly consists of martial arts fighting, which can get boring pretty quick unless it has some twist. "The One" does. Jet Li becomes nearly superhuman and is able to do a lot of things that you saw in "The Matrix." It certainly adds a cool twist to the fighting. The remaining action is gun fights (lots) and some car chases, which aren't anything special.
Only a couple of mildly funny remarks.
GREAT effects similar to "The Matrix" with a few twists. Jet Li's nearly superhuman strength gives him the ability to do some great effects, such as hold a motorcycle in each hand and swing them. Having superhuman strengths obviously means he is able to do things that would otherwise be impossible. I mention this because some people prefer effects that are realistic. These unrealistic abilities don't seem too far fetched in this movie because of the storyline.
