PROFANITY: (View Profanity)
The F-word is spoken well over 100 times (many were preceded by "mother." The S-word is spoken over 25 times. God's name is spoken in vain 5 times. There are LOTS of other profanities spoken.
SEX & NUDITY:
Full frontal nudity is shown from the backside on two males; two people in a bathtub are obviously having sex, but there's no frontal nudity.
Violence is in almost every scene, but that is the premise of this movie -- the violence is meant to be funny, although it's quite graphic. Some of the scenes include: a person literally blows up; a hand is smashed repeatedly in a trunk; a person's head is blown off, spurting blood in slow motion; and many more scenes. Too many to list.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
The whole movie premise is about drugs so there is understandbly a great deal of drug use. Most of the characters think drug use is great and seem to enjoy using it, but the main character shows drugs to be a very bad thing, so there is some redeeming quality.
Lots of gun battles and car chases throughout. Nothing new or especially exciting in the action, but it should satisfy the age group that will be most attracted to this movie.
If you enjoy very dark comedies similar to "Pulp Fiction" then you will likely find "Formula 51" to be funny. There is some humor that's not dark, but it's very little.
There is a very graphic diarrhea scene that may gross out some.
