ANACONDAS

PARENTS NOTE:

PROFANITY: (View Profanity)
The S-word is spoken 19 times. God's name is spoken in vain once. There are 39 other profanities spoken.

SEX & NUDITY:
     None

VIOLENCE:
The only violence of any consequence is when the snake eats a person. These scenes are pretty graphic, but I seriously doubt anyone going to see this type of movie would feel that's it's too graphic.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
There are a few scenes of minor drinking.

ACTION:
Some may feel it's a little slow at first, but once they get into the snakes domain it's dinner time (at least for the snake). Things get really exciting and suspenseful. I feel any action fan will be satisfied with the level of action in this movie.

COMEDY:
Not bad for this type of movie. There are some nice chuckles (I counted 17) and around a half dozen smiles. It seemed like enough to keep it from getting too serious.

SPECIAL EFFECTS:
The snake looked very realistic most of the time. When they attacked and there were close up shots, it looked about like in the original movie. I would say the effects are good, but nothing special.

SCARYNESS:
I would say that it was a little scary a couple times, but it was mainly suspenseful.

GORE:
A giant snake is shown dead and cut open in one spot. From this opening a man's legs are sticking out. He was apparently eaten recently.
