PROFANITY: (View Profanity)
The F-word is spoken 26 times (once preceded by "mother"). The S-word is spoken 10 times. God's name is spoken in vain 8 times. There are 27 other profanities spoken.
SEX & NUDITY:
A teen male is shown drawing a female nude picture and suggestively looking at his school teacher; a husband tries to have sex with his wife (she's not interested and nothing's shown); a woman is shown taking off her top (bra shown) in a mildly sexual scene; a few other mildly suggestive comments are made.
The creature kills animals and people throughout. One man is shown split down the middle and his insides spill out as he falls into two half's. Heads are shot off some people who've turned into creatures. The violence is typical for this type of movie and is gross but not especially graphic, as in cruel or mean.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
Not much action here. There's some tense foot chase scenes and some gunplay but that's about it.
This story is often played for laughs rather than scares. It contains dark humor, gross humor and some suggestive humor. I counted about a dozen smiles and several chuckles.
TONE OF MOVIE:
There are a few tense/scary scenes but overall, this isn't a very scary movie and doesn't really try to be.
The creature kills dogs and other animals. The killing of these animals isn't shown but the dead, bloody animals are shown along with LOTS of other blood and guts. This movie isn't for the weak of stomach.
