Action Comedy - Spectacular action scenes, crude and crass humor, incredible gun
battles and even a little bit of a story. I would say this latest

Review Very Poor "The only thing as bad as bad comedy is bad action. Bad
Boys II has plenty of both. In fact, those two things are all it has, unless
you count the small helping of bad drama. When it comes to this movie, the word
"bad" initially seems highly appropriate. But Bad Boys II isn't
just bad - it's a catastrophic violation of every aspect of cinema that I as a
film critic hold dear.''
Review Poor "Bad Boys II is a bloated, unpleasant assembly-line
extrusion in which there are a lot of chases and a lot of killings and
explosions. Oh, it's all done with competent technique. Michael Bay, the
director, is a master of this sort of thing, and his screenplay was labored over
by at least four writers, although there is not an original idea in it.''
Review Below Average "Every time the movie goes off in its own direction,
it just seems weird. There won't have to be the usual 45 minutes of outtakes on
the Boys II DVD. They're all in the movie. ...appallingly mean-spirited
with ha-ha bullet wounds and dismemberments, including a scene in which cars run

Review Poor "Longer, louder, stupider and more vulgar than 1995's BAD BOYS...
Ron Shelton and Jerry Stahl's script barely squeezes the odd bit of police work
between Smith and Lawrence's smart-aleck buddy banter and "we bad"
posturing. When not screeching heedlessly down crowded city streets and
freeways, endangering motorists and pedestrians, the self-satisfied duo mouth
off to the brass, make posterior jokes and scare white people by waving guns and
acting all crazy.''

OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
WOW! It's a good thing you don't have to rely on movie critics to help you know what's worth seeing. They certainly missed it on Bad Boys II. They say it's poor, but moviegoers thought it was GREAT! And virtually no moviegoers thought it was anywhere near as bad as critics said it was. In fact, an unusually large percentage gave it the highest rating of FANTASTIC.
GO SEE BAD BOYS II!
IT ABSOLUTELY "MUST" BE SEEN ON THE BIG SCREEN (and more than once) to fully experience the incredible special effects.
Cinema Review Prediction: (before moviegoer opinions are collected) This is a GREAT action movie and a decent buddy movie. According to critics it certainly isn't a great movie, but I feel it's even more action packed and funnier than what Bad Boy fans could have hoped for or expected. Its got the best car chase scene I've ever seen, plus many other incredible action scenes. It's very funny, especially if you enjoy the style of humor these two put out together. Let me put it this way, at the end of the movie the majority of the audience clapped and cheered. Endorsements don't get any better than that. Don't believe the critics! GO SEE THESE BAD BOYS!
