Action Drama - This is a very violent, very bloody period action-adventure based on
the comic book/graphic novel of the same name. Despite the
historical basis, this is not a film to turn to for drama or accuracy
but merely action and stunning visuals. The target audience is
definitely older teen and young adult males.
PROFANITY: 1 miscellaneous profanity. SEX/NUDITY: Sex with related nudity. VIOLENCE: Lots of bloody battles/killings. DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Some alcohol. ACTION: Lots of swordfights/battles. COMEDY: None.
Berardinelli, Internet CriticFull Review Good 300 may not offer masterful storytelling in a conventional sense, but it's hard to beat as a spectacle and that makes it worthwhile viewing for all but the most squeamish of potential audience members.

TEENS:OUTSTANDING OPINIONS for males and females! Highly Recommended!
TWENTYSOMETHINGS:GREAT OPINIONS! Over half gave it the highest rating possible, "Fantastic." There were just a very few who rated it as average or below average. This makes it easy to Highly Recommend.
ADULTS:About three-quarters of the guys truly enjoyed "300," rating it "Very Good," or higher. Most of remaining quarter rated it average, which is a bit low but not bad. Highly Recommended!
Only a little better than half of the females truly enjoyed it. Most of the remaining half rated it as average or slightly below average. I can still recommend it, just not highly since quite a few of you will likely feel it's just an OK movie.
