Trying to read the signs of the opposite sex, each hopes to be the exception to the "no exceptions" rule.
Romantic Comedy - This is an ensemble romantic comedy aimed a female audience, but
there is enough charm and humor here to appeal to the male audience
as well. Fans of the actresses should be pleased though Drew
Barrymore's role is limited.

Berardinelli, Internet CriticFull Review Above Average ...He's Just Not That Into You is often flat with subplots that feel rushed and/or contrived.
Roger EbertFull Review Average This is a very far from perfect movie, and it ends on an unsatisfactory note.
USA TodayFull Review Above Average He's Just Not That Into You succeeds more with clever one-liners than in its uneven scenarios. But it's light and entertaining, and its heart — visible amid the cynicism — is in the right place.

OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 214 moviegoers:
TEENS:THE LADIES LOVED IT! Virtually every lady rated it very high. Very Highly Recommended! As for the few males, about half loved it and most of the remaining half rated it as average. That's not too bad considering this is a chick flick.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS:GREAT REVIEWS FROM THE LADIES! Almost all of them loved it. The male reviews are considerably lower but not bad considering this is a chick flick. Half really enjoyed it and the other half though it was an OK movie.
ADULTS:These are very good, but not quite great, reviews from the ladies. There are a little too many reviews in the above average to average range for it to be considered a great movie. Recommended, but not highly. The male reviews are OK considering the type of movie this is. Very few loved it and quite a few were disappointed.
