A tight-knit group of street dancers, including Luke and Natalie, team up with NYU freshman Moose and find themselves pitted against the world's best hip-hop dancers in a high-stakes showdown that will change their lives forever.
Musical Drama - Like the previous two films in the series, this is a dance film aimed
at teens and young adults. The 3D gives it extra appeal to younger
viewers. Language is at a minimum but some dance moves may be a bit
provocative for some parents of young children.
USA TodayFull Review Above Average Nobody goes to a dance movie for an intricate plot or clever dialogue. It's all about the moves. Rhythmically, athletically and energetically, Step Up 3D does not disappoint.

OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 43 moviegoers:
TEENS:This is obviously a teen movie and they loved it. Both the males and females rated it very high with no one disliking it. Only a few rated it as low as good/average.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS:Three of the five guys loved it. The two ladies were disappointed but two reviews isn't really enough to be accurate. I would recommend that you take into consideration the high teen female reviews
ADULTS:There are really too few reviews to be of any help. One of the guys loved it but the other two were somewhat to very disappointed. The two females rated it good/average which is decent but not great.
