Action Thriller - This is an action film aimed at the young male action crowd. While
the film is rated PG-13, some sensuality and fairly rough violence
make this inappropriate for young children. Fans of Zoe Saldana and
Jeffrey Dean Morgan should be pleased. The film is a bit more
comedic than most would expect.
PROFANITY: 1 F-word, 23 S-words, 3 GD's SEX/NUDITY: A scene of sensuality without nudity. VIOLENCE: Shootings and fights with some blood. DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Some alcohol. ACTION: Chases, shootouts, fights, explosions. COMEDY: Banter and wisecracks.
USA TodayFull Review Average The film has a particularly inane ending, its hard edges going all soft. The film oddly mixes sadism and sappiness. If non-stop pyrotechnics and predictable gunplay amid a scenario of misogyny sounds appealing, then go slumming with The Losers. Otherwise, revisit one of the Lethal Weapons or check out a more inventive comic-book caper, Kick-Ass.

OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 33 moviegoers:
This movie was not well attended despite getting some good critic reviews. We only collected 33 reviews from several showings.
TEENS:For teen males, these reviews are decent but not great. We usually see very high reviews for this type of movie, if it was enjoyed. So I would say these are mediocre reviews. However, there really aren't enough reviews to be truly accurate. Two of the five females loved it, two more rated it below average and one hated it. These reviews are too few and too mixed to be very accurate.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS:These are good male reviews, but not great. Two loved it, one rated it above average and one rated it average. For a movie targeted at this age group, these are reviews are somewhat mediocre. However, there really aren't enough reviews to be truly accurate. The three females all enjoyed "The Losers" very much.
ADULTS:These are good reviews, but unfortunately not great reviews. The problem is, half only rated it "Very Good," which equals above average. This indicates a movie they enjoyed very much, but didn't love. The female reviews are almost identical. I would say that nearly all of you will enjoy "The Losers," but few will love it.
