Movie Type (Genre) Heading
Comedy Drama - This is a sometimes crude comedy aimed at young adults, particularly males. Fans of Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, and Winona Ryder should enjoy though Jennifer Connelly and Channing Tatum's roles are fairly small. Crude humor, brief sex, and adult subject matter make the film inappropriate for kids.

Critic's Review Heading

Berardinelli, Internet Critic Full Review
Average This dramatic comedy provides tepid drama and mediocre comedy stirred together into a stew so uneven in tone and texture that it's likely to cause more than a few viewers indigestion.

USA Today Full Review
Below Average But Dilemma veers so wildly from bromance to drama it's hard to tell whether Howard is making a comedy or taking an unflinching look at relationships.

D ETAILED S TORYLINE
A story of how far you can bend a brotherly bond before it snaps. Since college, confirmed bachelor Ronny (Vince Vaughn) and happily married Nick (Kevin James) have been through thick and thin. Now partners in their own company, B&V Engine Design, the two pals are vying to land a dream project that would put their company on the map. With Ronny's girlfriend, Beth (Jennifer Connelly), and Nick's wife, Geneva (Winona Ryder), by their sides, the pair is unbeatable.

That is, until Ronny's world is turned upside down when he inadvertently sees Geneva in the arms of another man (Channing Tatum), shattering the sheen of his best friend's perfect marriage. Ronny makes it his mission to get answers before he tells Nick the news that no one ever thinks he will have to hear.

As his amateur investigation dissolves his world into comic mayhem, Ronny learns that Nick has a few secrets of his own. Now, with the clock ticking and pressure mounting from automotive consultant Susan Warner (Queen Latifah) on the biggest presentation of their careers—and Ronny's own relationship deteriorating by the day—he must decide how and when he will reveal the truth to his best friend.
