For this type of movie, these are GREAT REVIEWS! Better than half of all groups loved "Rise of the Planet of the Apes." A large portion of the remaining half rated it "Very Good," which equals above average and indicates a movie they enjoyed very much. As could be expected for this type of movie, there are a few low reviews. Usually these are the result of fans of this type of movie taking non fans to see it, who then rate it low.
