In a broken city rife with injustice, ex-cop Billy Taggart seeks redemption and revenge after being double-crossed and then framed by its most powerful figure, the mayor. Billy's relentless pursuit of justice, matched only by his streetwise toughness, makes him an unstoppable force and the mayor's worst nightmare.
Drama - This is a dramatic thriller that should please stars of Mark Wahlberg
and Russell Crowe. While there are some moments of action, the
emphasis is on drama. Catherine Zeta-Jones has less screen time than
her co-stars but has a juicy part. Violence, sex, and constant
language make the film inappropriate for children.
PROFANITY: Over 30 F-words 15 S-words; 6 GD's; many others. SEX/NUDITY: Brief sex wth related nudity. VIOLENCE: Fights and shootings. DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Frequent alcohol. ACTION: Fights; a car chase. COMEDY: Some comic lines.
